Terms and Conditions

Harbor Segs, LLC reserved the right to alter or change any of the terms below without prior notification. We also reserve the right to deny service if the customer is deemed unacceptable to ride the Segway based on our observation and judgment. This may include but is not limited to inability to balance, inability to control the Segway, suspicion of alcohol use, behavior deemed dangerous to self or public or any other reason.

Please review the following terms for rentals and reservations.

1. Reservations based on first come, first serve basis.
2. Credit card required for all reservations.
3. Customer may cancel reservation within 48 hours of tour with no penalty.
4. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to tour are subject to a 25% fee by Harbor Segs, LLC that will appear against your credit card.
5. Generally, rain is not a reason for cancellation. We recommend appropriate rain gear for these days. Harbor Segs has a supply of ponchos for those rainy days. We will however provide full refunds if the weather is deemed to severe to enjoy the tours.
6. Tours cancelled after start will be refunded at a pro-rated fee as follows: within first hour – 50% refund, after first hour there will be no refunds.
7. Riders are responsible for their behavior, damage to units from your bad behavior will be billed to your credit card. Please listen to our guides.
8. Sunset Tours are designed for pure enjoyment of the customer and we make every attempt to meet or exceed your desires during this tour.
9. All customers receive verbal and live training prior to riding. Please observe these rules and training as they are given for your safety.
   
10. All riders must sign a release of liability waiver at check-in.
11. Age limitations are must be 16 years and older to ride with an accompanying adult.
12. Weight limitations are imposed by Segway for safety purposes. All riders must weigh over 100 pounds and under 290 pounds to ride.
